Many changes to our hardware and software have been recently
implemented before we were ready to go live. If you are having
trouble accessing your site, please consider the following:

Your FTP username is now shorter.
It was in the format: username@domain.name
Now it is just your username.
For example: bghj-admin not bghj-admin@bggghjo.org

The new Adminstrative Control Panel is Plesk. You access it
at https://www.domain.name:8443
Your username is your Domain Name
Your password remains the same.
Click on the link called "Home" for the best interface.
